Breath... you can do it
During my earlier years, I didn't quite know what it was I wanted to do after having to come out of the beauty shop, due to the chemicals that I worked with daily and also the smoke that came from pressing and flat ironing and so on. It became a health hazard. I always thought this was what I would be doing for the rest of my life as far as a career. I made some long money and was able to not only take care of me,but also to help others to. Then came marriage, and children, and then divorce. I went back to school to get retrained and business was not really rocking my boat, I really wanted to interact with people. So I started going to school for respiratory care, and here is where I get my theme today. The Respiratory System deals mainly with the lungs. and how we inspire and expire or take a breath. I thought of how we breathe into one another's lives everyday. We breathe in from one another, kindness and love and so on, we call this inspiration. Amazing how an inspiration coming from someone can refresh you. and as the living cycle goes we must expire/exhale breath out. In Respiratory Care there is something called COPD. and for the most part a person with this dis-ease has problems exhaling creating a lot of carbon, toxicity/poison. It is astounding how toxic we become when we are not able to give back or I should say, when we hold our breath and choose to smolder in life's dis-appointments, each one, outstretching the other until we have no elasticity in our character no ability to recoil thus we will experience a collapse. Like has this remarkable order to it...it is inspire life into another life expire and leave a life line for someone.else to grab a hold to. So Breath its how we live.
