Hi,
I want to have the sidebar menu show different items per page, so I don't want it to be fixed showing the same ads or menu items.
Is there a way to do that?

Google searching "wp plugin to show different sidebar for each page or post" (without the quotation marks, of course) I was offered different options.
If you running this search or something similar you may find the perfect resolve for your issue.

how to move privacy page to bottom bar? instead of the main menu.
Not a custom menu but in the footer credits. Check out the Music site on my profile page and you'll see what I mean. PM me if you need help, but I may not be able to get to it until Tuesday morning.
Ok Fadi, was able to do this prior taking off for family events. For some reason, pasting code in these message boards here on WA doesn't always work, so I've attached it as a screenshot.
Some themes will allow you to post code in the Customizer > Footer Credits and with others you will have to go to Appearance > Editor and then add it into the Footer PHP file. If you have to go that route, I would copy that text into another document prior to editing in case you need to restore the original.

When joining an affiliate program, what is better? To use your personal email? or email of your website? Or it does not matter?

I use a business email address Fadi. Some affiliate programs want nothing to do with personal emails. Have a great day! :-)
