Lost in confidence in isolation

This might be my first time blogging here or any platform for years , the reason for this blog is that I have something to share and express what I need to on how I am either forced or my will to dive into a different path in life.

My name is Leon, I am currently new to this kind of career as I am currently forced to unpaid leave due to my employer Im currently working for pressured me to seek help from a false clam that he thinks I cut myself , while in reality i let myself to be bullied or tormented by my colleagues or people who has no experience in teaching properly. As of my current situation i am also in a thought of just ending myself when my employer told me to seek help or he will threaten my future career making my life a living hell regardless if I give him a report or such. I understand the times are bad now during the pandemic , yet they let me waste my potential of what I can do. Whats the point of me teaching the younger or newer colleague that just joined if they learn it then throw me to the side of the wall.

I once had friends that I can rely on at times during work but when the time comes in need of help , the individual ends up leaving the rest ofthe work to me because of a sick leave and all. Until to the point in my life I lost faith in them and have to deal with things myself. Which eventually forced me with loads of work that I am forced to complete them till late at night almost the next morning to get the task done. When I elaborate the situation to my higher up about this they just move it aside saying my compliance are just a waste of time.

So at the end of the day, who , why should I trust anyone to help me ? I am forced to be in isolating without any guidances or friends to aid me with my parents just giving my utmost support but they can't be around to aid me any longer as they dont have much time. The only time I was able to cope up are basically my internet friends and such . This may be a short and depressing post of me , I thank anyone for reading about it.
