Question about Google Adwords Keywords

After reading thePPC course for the Affiliate Program, I was searching for some keywords which I could use for a PPC campaign. The common keyword is "making money online". I saw the keywords below in the printscreen:
What do you think, would it be worth to make a campaign with those keywords?
I'm especially interested in the ones where it shoes an average CPC of 0.08. Is this really true that the average would be 0.08? Because as you see the competion for the keywords is also high. Why are those keywords only 0.08 and others more than a dollar?
For the 4 keywords there would still be more than 6000 searcher per month, which is not that bad....
Actually, I already set up a campaign for those keywords :-) and as the landing page I used one of the feeder pages of WA. And I got a quality score of 1/10! With the message that the landing page quality is poor! But I took a page with the phrase making money online in the title and also in the text.... any ideas why that happens?
And for the keywords it showes me "below first page bid"! Well, my max bid is 0.50 and in the keyword tool it told me an average of 0.08!! So can we trust those numbers at all?
Sorry, lots of questions, but they come as soon as you try things...

I doubt you would get a CPC of 0.08. if you bid on exact for [make money online in] they are this low because they are not proper phrases so maybe they get bid on less hence the lower 'market value' in googles eyes.
The WA feeder sites suck for adwords. I dont know anyone who has got them to work. It's a shame cuz it is a nice idea.
The numbers google gives you are notoriously inacurate. In this competitive niche bid prices will be high! Sorry
Only way to get them lower is
1) Have a good QS on your landing page
2) Get some bid history
3) make sure you keep a high CTR (good ad's + good position at the start)
