Someone is going to build a marketplace site for me, but they need my Cpanel login info, where do I find that information?
WordPress does all the work for you. To make do what you want to do you would need to buy a similar domain and host it on a normal hosting company this would give you cpanel and then just use a link between your marketplace and your WA website.
As someone else explains, you do not have access to Cpanel here. But you can try to contact SiteSupport to find a solution to still be able to get the person to create a marketplace for you.
If I wanted the work of a sales site WooCommerce is most extendable and has the ability to offer an affiliate program for your merchandise.
I was recommending a plugin for the author that creates a marketplace for the sale of physical or digital products and can be extended to have a ton of features like it's own affiliate program.

I'm going to create a new site for a new client, how do I transfer their old URL to the new site I'm building here. I want to keep their ranking, how do I do this? Thank you.
You may transfer or point to WA servers (if transferring domain has to end in .com, .net or .org.
To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.
ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com
These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place. How to Transfer a Domain Name to Wealthy Affiliate How To Point Your Domain Name To WA NEW Go Daddy DNS details to make it work: To transfer your domain here you need login current registrar and fetch the EPP code, there's a one year charge of $15, privacy included. One year more will get added to your domain.
Also it has to have passed the grace period of 60 days.
If your site has content you need get in touch with site support for further instructions.
They will typically ask you for FTP info and your domain name, they'll set up a siterubix subdomain and upload files then you can check everything is okay before you point your domain to WA servers.

If both sites are here, you can use the move feature found within your site manager to move your siterubix subdomain to your dot com, when you are ready. It is a simple process.
You would need to wait up to 30 days (Kyle's recommendation) for 301 redirects to be completed and for the search engines. After of which you MAY delete the subdomain however you could keep it for longer if hosting space is not an issue or for testing purposes such as themes, plugins, scripts, coding etc

Thank you for the help, the domain, and hosting is with Squarespace, so I'll look at the videos. Is there anything else I need to do?

How do I change my password?
on your wa account or website
wa account - click on profile image and select account settings
type in a new password and save and it will be changed to that...
for your website the selected password is a very secure password and unless you can come up with one as secure as this then i would suggest leaving it or going to websites>>sitemanager >>login and click on reset password...
make sure you note it down as this is the access details for your business...
you can access your site outside of wa by going to https://yoururl/wp-admin
