Hello everyoone, in 2015 I joined Wealthy Affiliate because I saw hope and a system that looked like it had worked for a lot of people. I was looking into working from home opportunities in practically any way possible. Because, who wants a boss and a job that stresses you out and cripples your freedom. The younger technological generation is coming along more and more these days and times will continue to trend in that direction. That is why today, in 2019, I

am excited to get back into Wealthy Affiliate.

Why I Left

I left because I was creating something I didn't beleive in. It wasn't that the system didn't work here at Wealthy Affiliate because it did. I remember all of my small exciting moments when I joined other affiliate programs, or got the letter in the mail that Google had granted me "google ads" or even when I had 10 visits shown in my google anylitics. I had to leave because I wasn't putting something out into the world that I could stand behind.

I was doing a sports blog and it invovled gambling lines and sports memorabilia. I remember getting to around 15 sales from my affiliate program host sites and hitting that "Wow, its actually working" moment. Then I got to around 50 sales in a relatively quick time from the 10 to 15 sales that I had done and at that moment I decided it was time to stop.

Building a Website is a Powerful Thing

At that moment I had realized that Wealthy Affiliate really did work. From the Content Coaching, Keywords that led to traffic, Social Media Posts. The process worked. And it scared me because I was becoming a following amongst a good amount traffic. I was a 23 year old nobody who had only been in Wealthy Affiliate for less then 5 months and was starting to create information that I realized was not what I truely wanted to promote.

Looking back I don't even know why I joined other then the fact that the article I clicked on, that led me to Wealthy Affiliate, genuinely made me beleive that I could do this too. So I guess I just had this hunch that this might really be my escape from corporate America. And even though I quit on Wealthy Affiliate 4 years ago, I still feel now that I have a chance to get back in this game and make it work again. But this time with a website that can help a lot of people become happier with themselves.

My New Journey

Now, I am 4 years wiser then I was in 2015. I have thought about joining Wealthy Affiliate again numerous times but just didn't have the right combination of ideas that went together. I learned that you have to have a target audience, you have to have content that educates that target audience, and then you have to have products that people want to get because of the education that you give to them for free.

I feel super confident in this now because I am doing a website on the Vegan Diet. Whatever your food preference is, I have learned so much about this diet and am comfortable in creating a following for this on the internet. I am starting to feel liberated again and excited like I was in 2015. Have I made a sale yet, no, but I am going through the lessons all over again like I did in 2015 and the results are happening again just like they did in 2015. I have around 10 posts and 10 visitors a day. Even got a couple clicks to my amazon affiliate product. If you think you can do this too, then I know you can.

Give Back to your Self

Take the leap and join Wealthy Affiliate. Even if it is only part time. I put minimal effort into this site back in 2015 and did it at a snail's pace. I'm talking like 1 post a week for about 2 1/2 months straight. Anybody can find time like that in a week working more than full time. I am doing that now and its working just like it did in the past. I encourage you to try it out and really go all out.
