Wow! that's a brave, bold step for someone to take when they have this kind of fear, i admire you for taking the risk. I too had a fear of failing but one thing that has helped me was a book by T. Harv Eker called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind it is a fantastic book that will help change your mindset and help you overcome the fear and actually start to enjoy stepping out of your comfort zone, if you can get it, I would highly recommend you do.
