Why do I not see the banner and theme picture that I selected when reviewing my progress in building my website. Am I missing something obvious?

I am lost! I thought I had set up the following:
1. A colored banner that reads "Finance for Entrepreneurs"
2. A Tagline
3. A selected theme suited to the subject matter.
4. My profile.
5. A page describing the purpose of the website.
6. A Index that list six items.
That's as far as I got before I wanted to go on a set out details for each of the six items in following pages.
Somehow I git lost in this process and ended up by default with my own domain as well which I will use as the main website for development.
The URL links are as follows:
evergreenvalleysolutions.siterubix.com
startups.siterubix.com
Any help will be gratefuly received.
