Help, I'm Stuck! What Should I Do Next?

I'm one hour into using wealthyaffiliate.com and its has already been helpful. I run a resource site for church leaders (http://www.dailychristianhelp.com/) and it currently gets about 3500 visits a month and I'm converting around 3% of the traffic into sales. However, I am stuck. I have not incorporated any automation at this point. I have a few pages that rank in the top three of google search results. But am also hungry to drive more traffic to this site but am at a standstill b/c I'm tapped on what to do next... I either need to dive deep into more learning (which we're always doing) or reach out to someone who can help provide clear action steps on what I need to do next.

Oh, and once I get this site further down the road and more successful and I plan to invest more time and energy into my other site, http://www.321bodytransformationplan.com/... I will apply everything I've learned building http://www.dailychristianhelp.com/ to this site.
