Hi - there are two types of credits here.
Community credits that can only be used to ask for Site Feedback and Site comments.
Community credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Or cash credits that can be exchanged for payment into a PayPal account on the 1st of every month.
However, the minimum payout is $10, which requires 20 credits.
Hi, I have paid for it, But I have 6 Credit in my account that could be ues fo Exchange cash in to my PayPal account or use in the community that one don't need to process a payment because the system is ask to use it again,But I can not in my account that I have to use my credit card again, Please help support this issue.
