You need to submit support ticket to get access for Cpanel.

I usually just tell them what to do.
If you need to upload a file, go to dropbox.com, upload it there, and share the link to the support team. So that they can donwload and install it for you.

I think you simply change Bluehost DNS server to WA server.
You can also ask your domain provider to help you do this.

Ya. But I'm wonder will my subdomain be affected? Does it mean I need to recreate the subdomain again after transfer?

I'd recommend you use a plugin such as Updraft Plus which will let you backup from Bluehost and restore to WA.

Cool. That is one great plugin to install. I just went through some old training where FTP was used to upload the backup file into http directory. But this plugin simply makes transfer looks a lot easy. I assume I just need to change my nameserver to WA hosting.

Hi guys, I currently trying to upload my website file to WA using ftp filezilla. Usually I can just upload the index.html into public.html folder but I can't find it in WA host
Just got reply from support. You can upload to httpdocs folder which is same as public_html. Hope this provide answer to anyone who looking confirmation.
