Hey Eric, thanks for sharing. Yes, we use Gemini Gems, specifically programmed to do certain tasks to the tee. The sweet spot for the shortest long-form video is around 8 minutes. The algorithm will favor your videos more, and you get more opportunities to place your AdSense throughout. For shorts, the sweet spot is 1 to 2 minutes; however, if you can't contain all the important info in that time, you could go to the 2.5 or just under 3 minutes time.
Gemini takes the article or video and creates an engaging script with a captivating hook, problem, USP, solution, benefits, and CTA. You can also often turn YouTube videos into articles and cross-link and cross-promote them. We also use ChatGPT, but usually for lighter tasks.
I also noticed that when I ask Chat to read a blog post from URL, sometimes is going south that's why, like you, I paste the text instead.
Currently, I create more shorts than videos, which is the next step, but the camera "monster" is keeping me stuck.

Hi Eric! Another great video. I don't have the setup yet or the confidence to do a YT video. I'm watching your classes/videos and all that I can to encourage me to do this.
I did get a kind of 'stand' thing for my phone so I don't have to hold it. I need to find a place to set it up that doesn't have a lot of clutter behind it, lol.
