That is possible, I just went and got the plugin, and it popped up with no issues, I am on generatepress.
Not yet. I’ll have to try again at some point. I followed your instructions but it would never work right. Tried reactivating and refreshing…..this is what I get
What happens if you deactivate your other plugins temporarily? If the plugin works fine alone then it may be just a matter of determining which plugin it’s disagreeing with.
It can happen from time to time 👍🏼
Plugins like Post Type Switcher you don’t need outside of the one time use so you could actually get rid of that one.
Deleted Post Type Switcher. Deactivated all but still doesn’t work. It apparently doesn’t like me. lol
So I just noticed in your first screenshot that it shows a tab for "Menu Icon Settings", so the plugin is being recognized from the get-go. But I also notice at the top of that screenshot that it says "create your first menu below"... have you saved and published that menu yet? Try saving it, publishing it, and then going back into it to add the icons. On all mine that I did the menu was already created and published, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
Ahhhh that did it! It threw me off cause it said create menu, when I already had one. Clicked it and then ‘save menu’ popped up. I’m in! Thanks Eric
