Hey Eric! Long time to see!
It sounds like you need to give the new buyer access to your old UA. You're not going to need that anyways, and so it'll be better to give it to them anyways. If you don't know how, I can PM you video on how to give the new buyer access.
it might be if you got your ua property and click on admin
then in the second column on ga4 setup
towards the bottom there is connected properties and a disconnect button...
hmmm....
i can still access my ua....
that is where the link is you need to break...
have you still got the verification code on your site....
it could have been added via a plugin like ad inserter
or support may have added a txt record for you back in the day...
if you visit the site and look at the code ( ctrl+u ) and search for ua- do you find it ...
if so then it is in there somewhere...
or within your ga4 there is a way of checking what tags are associated with your site....
goto admin...
data streams
click on your site url..
click on configure tag settings
click on your url...
and you will see what tags are associated with your site....
or try tagassistant and see if it is on your site

from the drop down at top left i can access my ua data still...
i take it yours is not listed anymore...
it looks like there is another tag in there ...
but not a ua- code...
so it is just in your analytics account...
and you definitely can't drop down a list at the top left showing the other account....
I found this: "UA-204954606-1" but it wont let have access to it, looks like it has been deleted..
if you click on it do you get something in the right column...as in the image...
click on the item in the third column...
if it is deleted then it may cause you an issue disconnecting it as you will have to try to get some help from google....
or if you goto admin and in the first column down the bottom is there trash - is it still in there...
I found where it is for you. The connection was not complete so there was a button up the top that takes you there. You should be good to go now

It is - I'm currently PM'ing with video walkthroughs on how to do it, since it's a multi-step process :)
I saw that already - I'm not sure what he's referring to, since Eric and I have had to do it a different way. But he should have it figured out in the next day or so. He just needs to get access to something from the person he sold the website to. After that, it should be smooth sailing.

In Wordpress, Eric, you should have something on the left menu which would allow you to make the Homepage static depoending on what your theme is!

I want to change the color of the letters in the "Buttons" in all of my posts at the same time.....but not on my homepage....how do I do it....thanks in advance guys....Eric </
You may want to create a custom template you want to use repeatedly, then at least your bits are uniformed every time.

If the buttons you've created are theme related or coming from a plugin you may be able to find some settings within the theme or plugin to change the defaults. If you're creating buttons using the block editor I don't know if there's a way to mass edit. You may have to do them individually.

We were just discussing this in live chat. I notice if you are patient for several moments it will finally load the information. I recommend for any who need to use it while it's under maintenance to start their search, go do something else then come back and the search should finally be complete.

Jaxxy problems! can someone help?
