Those that chose the way in search that goes with in... that reveals what they really are...

Here is one simple exercise that any one can do, the key here is persistence and the exercise is very simple to do... or in other words you can integrate it in your every day life... and it takes only max 50-100 sec. per day of your time.

The key here is for you to logically, naturally ask your self a simple question and hold it... internally or externally for at least for 10 second... every time you go to the bathroom and when you are washing your hands you look your self into a mirror into your eyes or your self... the question is "Whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo" as in a sense.... whooo is standing in front of me... Whoooooo am I looking in to. If you internally or logically repeat that at least for 3-5 times a day or every time you go to the bathroom.... you will naturally revel your self to you.

Its a simple exercise that you must do min for 30 days... every day at least 3 to 5 times per day. Doing that will simply, naturally reveal to you that you are unlimited.
