On December 9th 2018 a member of Wealthy Affiliate, who is a Zambian based overseas I had not met before shared the Wealthy Affiliate entrepreneurship certification course with me on social media through a chat.It was in the evening at 06.46 PM. After posting her link, Shesaid, " This is my website, look around and read some of my articles then leave me some comments and let me know your thoughts.Thanks. " I answered, " Sure thanks, this is interesting. ""There are Ten courses which can help you build a website.You might want to try it.It is fun. " She went on to say." I am going to see to it, " I told her.

Happy Christmas

On Christmas Eve I sent my foreign based Zambian friend Cindy a chat on messenger. "Hello, thanks Cindy. Lovely stuff on Wealthy Affiliate." She told me, "Merry Christmas and you can sign up for free." "I sure have seen so and I will upgrade to premium membership.This is so thoughtful of you Cindy, " I told her happily and thanked her.

On the 25 th of December 2018 at 07.41 AM I got a chat from my Zambian friend based in Italy telling me I needed not upgrade to premium there and then. She told me the free training was going to be worthwhile. I humbly thanked Cindy to which she answered I was most welcome. I was told, she rejoiced when she saw others progress and become who God created them to be. "Elijah, stay blessed," were her final words on the Christmas chat.

I wished her a Happy Christmas and told her I had been hankering to take a course as this one on Wealthy Affiliate which she had introduced me to for a long time but could not access the training for free. This was unprecedented in the industry. I was very grateful to have connected with someone on Wealthy Affiliate through social interaction and thanked God

The journey on Wealthy Affiliate

My wonderful journey on this income generating platform for people's financial freedom, which lacks in most parts of the world has not been without any setback.By the start of the New Year 2019 I was up and running on the course. Sadly my laptop went blank as I was getting more excited following through the course lessons.This was a major setback.

I started using my smart phone on the free lessons.This was becoming some what a challenge as in my zeal to forge ahead, my phone seemed to be failing me due to perhaps some limitations and I felt frustrated. I vowed there was no way I was going to be deterred from perusing my dream of becoming financially independent,a journey I had already embarked on.

I had made some progress but the phone was delaying my Progress as I was becoming hungrier for success. A friend connected me to his colleague, who changed my laptop's operating system from Windows 8 to 10 but in the process I lost data.This was despite my having told him to back the data for me before working on the laptop.

I must not forget the encouraging and most assuring messages from Kyle let alone the welcome to Wealthy Affiliate. On 18 th February 2019, I upgraded to Premium. By the 6 th of March 2019 I had my own domain specific email address.

Future Prospects

From then on I have never looked back and it is amazing how time flies. I started the Boot Camp training to go side by side with the Wealthy Affiliate online entrepreneurship training on 6 th April 2019 and my Affiliate website on this platform is set.
