How do I simply and tastefully Introduce WA to an existing email list of 60,000 from previous sales job?List is quite random in means of demographics, income, etc...
It might be better to find some way to split that list into a sub-list of people who are likely to be interested in what WA has to offer. I'm not quite sure what the best way to do that would be. Maybe you could send out an email asking them to complete a short survey. Anyone who doesn't respond, you probably don't want them on your list anyway.
Let's say you end up with 1,000 people on your sub-list. That would be a much more targeted group of people. You could end up with a bunch of referrals from that.
But sending out an email to 60,000 people who may or may not be interested, that might not be a good idea. Many of them might mark it as spam.

I would develop my website, build a list, and through some email promotions, you begin to promote WA to them. Be careful not to over-do it since they still might consider it to be spam.
I definitely agree that you must obtain their permission first, especially if these are work emails and not personal email addresses. Once they show interest, then you send them your WA link details so that you get credit for the referral you send to WA.
Also note that you can share any of the content that is here in WA. Each Member's post or training can also be shared through social media and your blog. Just make sure you obtain your "Affiliate" link so that you can post to your social media. I've sent you a picture in case you need help locating the "Affiliate" tab which you can locate on any post or training here at WA.

This happens with images that are small in pixel size. Generally if you roll over the image in your files in thumbnail view it will tell you the dimensions.
Could you find a larger dimension of same pic and try that? If you are using like a gallery can you change the size of the gallery to match the images dimensions and proportions more closely? Sometimes proportion is it too. Like if an image is more square and you are trying to put it into a gallery that is programmed in a rectangle . . longer on one side that can stretch the image and distort it.
With different screen sizes always an issue, it is best to use a large image that looks good on desktop and let a responsive WP theme do the work of resizing for mobile devices.

Yes, the Getting Started Here path of the training is on getting your affiliate programme. I would suggest if you use their content you need to edit and change so that it would look the same as the original. There are many people also using the same programme and they all will be using the same stuff provided
Some of those multilevel marketing programs do not allow you to change it which is another reason why it's not scalable
The Training here can be applied to many different models. Most people construct their own website with their own content in their own interest but there are a few multilevel marketers here as well. The problem with multilevel marketing is that it's not scalable and whilst many people start with that model many of them switch to their own websites
