I'm Feeling Pretty Unstoppable Right Now
I've been poking around setting up my site for a few months. It's taken a while to set up as I've been busy with homeschooling my older children, and making sure the toddler doesn't electrocute himself on cords or choke on dog food (Seriously, why are little boys such danger magnets?), and dealing with an interstate move.
Last night, I really buckled down and got did some Facebook promotion, and inserted what little I know so far about keywords into my content and got it out there. In less than 24 hours, I've gotten over 80 visits to my site. It's mind blowing the difference a little application of minimal knowledge, pure grit, and little bit of wordsmithing can do.
I've not had any sales yet, but I'm getting search engine traffic, rather than just Facebook sympathy traffic like I predicted. I'm feeling pretty unstoppable right now, and I really hope I can make some strides and help my bank account shrug on a bulletproof vest, too.
Well, back to work! Can't waste time when all three kiddos are asleep. AT THE SAME TIME.
