Met Some Friends At The Lake Today!
I spent a couple of hours re-energizing at a lake near me at Estrella Park. What a beautiful day it was to be outside. It was 73 degrees and sunny! I enjoyed the scenery, and it felt like I was back home in MN in the summer. Lakes are not that common in Arizona! At least not where I live!

This was the scenery. I walked around this lake. I think it was only 1 1/2 miles around. There were plenty of water birds—even some pelicans.
This little outing was what I needed; a break from the ordinary! It was highly beneficial because nature revives me. I so needed it.
What are you doing to nurture and care for yourself? I would love to hear about it.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures.
Take care, WA peeps!

Well, Erlene, we do enjoy the sunshine up here in northern, AZ but we send all the water down your way. An envious picture of Lake Estrella. Thank you for posting.
Archie
I love the sun! I will shovel sunshine all day long after many, many years in cold, windy weather and treacherous roads. I love MN in the summer though!!
Thanks for stopping by,
Erlene
I'm with you, Erlene. Summer months travel north but live where the sun shines every day. Actually, it's only a 2 hour drive (3 from Goodyear) to the snow in Flagstaff if we really wanted to shovel some. 🤗
