What happened to me with health happens to people starting any new venture.
People are initially enthusiastic about a new project. Then the first obstacles show up.
Many give up at this point. Not realizing this happens to EVERYONE.
The people who succeed are the ones who persist. Not in doing stuff that doesn't work; that is the definition of insanity!
The people who keep trying UNTIL THEY MEET THE GOAL are the ones who ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISH IT.
Dreamers must become doers, or inspire doers. Or their dreams stay in their heads.
DON'T GIVE UP.
