Elton Thomas here....retired from sales and am enjoying the free time to develop a new skill....I will be building a site Niche.Center.

This site will be dedicated to providing all of the needs for anyone to build a successful on line business. Although based strongly on the Wealthy Affiliate website, it is intended to be a compilation of all the on line tools necessary to build and market your own site.

You will receive an extensive step by step process from finding and choosing a domain name, to setting up your site on Wordpress with all of the correct content and structure.

Using Google Adwords. Researching and finding keywords search volume and using keywords to drive traffic to your site. Understanding the "reverse engineering" of search campaigns to expose what people are most looking for in various niche markets. Then using these keywords to create content articles that will drive traffic to your site.

Creating and using banner ads to your content for relevant products that you steer to your visitor to your site for revenue.

Understanding what is needed to create a marketing strategy for your site that includes links to affiliate sites such as shareasale.com so you can have easy links and banner ads with hundreds of individual companies offering products to sell and of course commissions.

Keep checking back as we add more "niche" opportunities to the mix.

This is difficult for me to estimate without having any reference point. I am retired and have all of the time needed. So I will have to say that a six figure income per month is reachable.

Elton, I see you are making some good progress through the Affiliate Bootcamp. Just wanted to pop by and see if you need a hand with anything?

I also wanted to mention the success rates of Bootcamp. Absolutely everyone that has taken action on all of the phases of Bootcamp has a business that is generating consistent income online. MANY of these folks are going to be at our super affiliate conference next year.

I want this to be you and I want you to succeed with your promotions. So, please promise me that if you ever need a hand or feel stuck as you move forward, that you will get in touch with me!

Trust me, I know things can be a little overwhelming sometimes and I don't want you feeling like that.

Anyways, just checking in. Get back at me if you need anything Elton.

Thank you for the response. Yes things can and do become overwhelming as is expected with something this complex....that I why I often go back and review the "lessons past to keep them in the present". I have accepted that this will take me longer than most as some days I am unable to function, however I am determined to do this....your kind words are very much appreciated.

Work at your own pace, this is definitely not a race and as you move through the training you are going to see some really good progress. I always say, as long as you are moving forward you are moving in the right direction. :)

As you start to see progress and results, you will naturally dedicate more time to your business, but I can absolutely assure you that with some hard work and dedication here, you are going to see results.

If you need anything going forward, let me know.

I agree with everything you mentioned, I have decided to center my site Building around SiteRubix and what they teach here, but the process is the same to really succeed no matter what you use to build, I just feel WA has made it easier than most and for the price. Otherwise, completely agree, and will be fallowing you, as I know about the other things you are referring to, most are covered in depth here. I wish you well on your journey here, if it's not already great!

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

Hey Kyle.....no problem with the current site as a niche.....my site is niche.center. Just an additional note. if you do see that I am absent for periods of time...I have a major medical condition that keeps me sidelined from time to time. Currently I am loaded with some of the new "TLD's". Seniorcitizen.center, HMO.center, HMO.reviews, and a whole bunch of .link. http://Uniregistry.com has run specials for several of their categories. First year registration for as low as 1.89. Are there possibilities of Cooping with veteran members on sites. I spent 30 years in Auto Sales, and learned how dealers would give out "buy-ins" for talented managers. Letting them work in to a position over time until they owned a major share of the dealership. I have 297 domain names that are "keyword" domains with high search numbers. I am willing to look at giving up to 60 and 70 percent of the share to the right candidates.

Do know that you ideally want to have a .com domain as they rank higher and they will lead to much more success with websites that you are going to actually build out into an authority site. It is great to build up some domain assets though.

When you choose a domain, you are going to want to choose something that is "brandable" versus something that has keywords within it. The reason this is the case is because as you build out your website, you can target as many keywords as you like within the content (that is how you will rank).

I have created a discussion here outlining the process and what to look for when choosing a domain name: This should help you out here and if you ever want to run any domains by me, simply let me know and I will give you some feedback.

PS. You can host up to 25 of your own domains here within the Premium membership on our state of the art hosting platform. :)

Help me understand this further......engagement rings gets 1.2m in search volume...so engagementrings.link is of no value, nor would it be a viable website?

Well it isn't bad in terms of brand equity, but when it comes to ranking in Google you want the .com domain. The other TLD's (in particular the new ones) are unproven in terms of rankings so they don't carry much value in that respect.

Can you take a look at my site. I have the front page with six boxes in the main body that I would ideally have open directly to the sites but show the actual front page of the site. This is the visual that I think would generate immediate interest and convert better.

Sure, what is the direct URL?

That is based on your theme. Your "posts" will go to your homepage in that format as you create them. If you are not that happy with how your theme works, I would change your theme. You can likely associate images with these blocks though which may make them look better.

You should be adding feature images to all of your posts. You can do this within the post editor for each post that you create, down the right hand side below the tags you will see the option to upload a feature image (see attached image for reference)

This will add an image beside your content snippet on your blog roll which makes your blog roll much more visual.
