Slow and Steady Wins the Race - Wealthy Affiliate Progress

2 Months On

It's been almost 2 months now. I've learnt so much and am still enjoying the whole experience.

My Website

My website is pretty good - I am happy with the content I am creating, although I'd like to keep the pace up and make sure I create on time. I would say my site is about 94% set up, so a tiny bit more to go.

Content, Content, Content = Traffic (and Respect)

I also want to focus on GOOD content when I write posts. TRUE and RELIABLE content on my website. Being a beginner of beginners in my niche (Muay Thai) I want to be careful not talk about things I honestly have no idea about. Keeping it simple and doing my research and using what little I do know seem to working well so far.

No sales yet with any affiliate programs, but that's ok. I'm not expecting anything this early.

Social media is proving a challenge. Twitter makes little sense to me (I will get the hang of it sooner or later but I really hate its time-consuming nature), and Facebook... ah. I am sure when the webpage is fully established, I won't have as many qualms sharing with friends. I also feel I need much more experience within my niche to be taken seriously, so I am biding my time there. Pinterest and Google+ are easy. I just need to remember to share on each platform...

Don't be mediocre at 7 things...be great at 1 thing!

I also began another website a while ago, which I still think has tonnes of potential, but I soon realized that at the moment I can only focus on one website, due to the research ad time I have to put in. One day though, the second one will kick off.

And my WA Ranking....... :)

My rank here at WA has gone up significantly and I am only 9 places out of the top 200. Chasing Rank wasn't going to be one of my goals, but it has just kind of happened, and I love a good competition.
Hopefully I will continue climbing the ranks here. Either way, it's tonnes of fun and being active in the community has its rewards.

That is my WA progress so far, and I believe that is fairly good progress for two months, although I'm not comparing my progress with anyone else's.
