I submitted some URL's to Bing webmaster tools and it keeps telling me my HTML file is too long, and it's affecting my SEO.
I also reach out to site support and see if they can assist you.

How do I shorten my html file?
I submitted some URL's to Bing webmaster tools and it keeps telling me my HTML file is too long, and it's affecting my SEO.
Sounds like too many banners, widgets, or post on one page. If not a lighter theme and a plugin for compressing htlm will help.

Hi,
Plug-ins can slow down a site, even ones that are sitting inactive so best to delete if they’re not being used.
Large photos and videos can impact as well so try to reduce their size before you upload them.
The plugin WP Rocket has been working well for me in the last week. I'm not a marketer for them, but my site speed increased significantly over the last few days just from adding this plugin to my WordPress back office. It was in the upper 50s - middle 60s on a few of my posts, but it has increased dramatically to the upper 80s to the mid to upper 90s since installing. This is according to Google Pagespeed.
Regards, Matt
So I have installed WP Rocket and that's the message I received "WP Rocket could not modify the .htaccess file due to missing writing permissions." My head hurts already. What should I do?

Check with site support and ask them if you can use it on your website/s here; I know they do a limited-time refund.
However, it is an awesome premium plugin to use.

I am currently using the news port theme but looking for something better, more responsive and with more features as well. Thanks
I use Blocksy Agency, but I also have the GeneratePress premium, Divi, and Oxygen. I tried the Thrive suite, but I wouldn't say I liked it.
The majority here uses the GneratePress.
I would test it first before buying in because that can be expensive.
You want to ensure they are responsive, extremely light, fast, well-coded, SEO optimized, flexible, adaptable, and customizable.
You may try GeneratePress or Premium, where you can extend the theme and have many layout templates.

Thank You so much, very helpful. Installed the theme and it looks great , might even get the premium.
Use Generate Press is the one WA recommends plus it is lightweight and there is much you can do with it.
