Adding Your URL on Twitter

Hi guy's I can't post a training tip yet as I haven't been a member for longer than 3months yet, but hopefully some of you may see this & if it helps anyone then great :)

For those who are new to twitter this will help you post a link to your site within your Twitter "Tweet" Twiiter only allows 140 characters in any one tweet. So if you tweeted about your new post & added your url ( I will use one of mine as an example

Thats a LOT of characters & stops you being able to add text about the post (plus it looks kinda ugly)

So what you need is a URL Shortener, the one I use (& I think one of the few that Twiiter like) is Google URL Shortener -> https://goo.gl/

Simply put your long URL in the box, click "Shorten" & hey presto there's a shortened version of your long URL

Mine got shortened to this -> http://goo.gl/RvLshT

Much Better :D
