Hi I'm Ellanora, a real estate agent from Ontario, Canada.
My career in sales started in the pharmaceutical industry where I've worked for almost twenty years, (right after university). Have assumed different roles from sales/management to marketing and have spearheaded major initiatives for my organization including the CRM project for GlaxoSmithkline. Starting from scratch, my team and I am able to see through a fully operational CRM department that included a 24/7 operation of the call centre and fulfillment initiatives via direct mail and short message service (SMS). Have earned myself a recognition for that significant contribution alongside a few other awards for achieving 100% or more sales vs target for almost every year that I've worked in the industry. I attribute my success to loving what I do and finding the right fit for my interests and skills.
You may be wondering why I left? Many factors came in to play but to cut the story short, I figured I can do better being my own boss. Real estate has presented itself and I can see myself doing the job just as passionately as I did pharmaceutical sales and the best part is, I will be running my own show and will have meaningful impact in people lives for a long time. Those are two compelling reasons that have kept me motivated and happy with my newfound career.
