This is a shout out to the support guys in the background of Wealthy Affiliate ...to say thanks!

I've seen a lot of online program support teams; most have been good. But the Wealthy Affiliate support team respond like lightning. Never seen anything like it!

Having good support is very reassuring to us newbies. Trying to follow the training with our websites is a lot to take in! I'm sure what we ask about is repetitive, boring and simplistic to the team. I am grateful for their patience.

They respond in a couple of minutes or less. Every time. No complicated talk either...lol.

(Which is fine. We're both busy! ) Support answers are normally short. I like that. I don't want a lecture to solve my problem.

" Try it now" or " Do it this way" or something like that is what I receive....which means they have already fixed the problem! I think it's great! I'm sure they have no idea how much time they save me!
