Did You Build an Agency Yet?

Good afternoon everyone. I know we've all learned a valuable skillset here at WA, but what are you doing to monetize on those skills? I'm curious if anyone has built an agency as their business.

If you are an agency owner or thinking of starting one, what services do you offer? I know it's best to niche down to a specific industry. For example, providing blog services to local realtor brokers. Another example could be SEO and list building services to local deck builders.

I've been working on different digital packages to offer my clients and trying to identify which niche to become an expert in. Although my store is published, I'm still drafting and editing different things. It's the same as when we first started here and published our websites even though we only had our "About us" page completed.

Right now, my clients are new start-ups and other entrepreneurs who want to dominate online in their local area. I help them build their GMB and distribute their listings.

So again, I'm curious if anyone is building an agency business, any thoughts?
