Welcome! Whether you are just joining, or finally making the choice to start the amazing training offered here, I want you to know (first and foremost) that the WA Community and I are thrilled to have you here!

This blog is based off of FAQ that I see in the Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started Level 1 Comment Thread.

I will tell you a little bit about myself, offer some tips, and review FAQ's I see alot on the comment thread.

I highly enjoy training with Wealthy Affiliate!

I started in March of 2020. I am currently utilizing this training for my website two websites I own.

I want to note that you should start, and only focus on one website for now. You only need ONE website to achieve your goals!

I saw an opportunity to help the Community, so I am taking action on it!

Here we go!

My Tips for Getting Started with AnyTraining

+ Trust the training, and that you will gain the knowledge you seek.

+ Take the training in order; lesson-by-lesson & task-by-task - then mark off that you completed the tasks - and move onto the next lesson. This truly is step-by-step training and it is important to keep that in mind.

+ Take the training at your own pace. Figure out how you learn (and retain) knowledge best. The teqchnique is different for everyone. Implement the knowledge taught.

+ I personally like to take notes. This helps me read it, write it, and speak it. This also helps me remember the information in my brain because I am visualizing the training. listening to the training, writing notes to ignite remembrance within my memory.

FAQ's

• Can I have more than 1 niche on one website? It is recommended to have one niche per website. Doing so will get you better rankings with search engines. Your content needs to be relevent to your chosen niche. Search engines do not like multiple niche's on one website. Not only that, but if you multiple niche's on one website, you will confuse your audience (which can result in less traffic).
• I still need help choosing a niche. How do I know if the niche I choose has products I can sell?? One thing you can do to help inspire ideas is searching the Affiliate Programs (on the leftside menu - 3rd one up from the bottom). You can also utilize Google search and search for: your niche + affiliate programs. Keep notes of the ones you are interested in! Please note that I am only recommending using these sources as a tool for inspiration for choosing your niche ONLY. I am NOT recommending applying for any Affiliate Programs right now - your Online Business needs to have the foundation laid out and at least 10 (or more) relevent articles before you apply for any programs. This will be gone over later in your training. If you have completed all the tasks prior to this training - you will be ready to apply for Affiliate Programs when you get there.
• Is there an age limit? Another member posted this reponse made by one of the co-founder's, Kyle (about 5 years ago). "There is no age limit to "educate" yourself about business and how it works. Most Affiliate Programs don't have age restrictions, but some require a minimum age requirement (either 16 or 18). We have many members here that are under these ages and we have many parents that create campaigns with their children, some as young as 8 years old to teach them about website/business/etc. One thing that I still find crazy about our education systems is that they don't teach you about money or business until you are in college, which creates an inept society when it comes to "building a business" and financials."
• Where will my website be seen (geographically)? Your website will be seen world wide!
• Do I have to create another account for the Affiliate Program in order to get commission? You only need one account here at WA for all the tools and training. If you are interested in learning more about the Affiliate Program at WA and how it works - check out the Affiliate Bootcamp training. The first 10 lessons are free! You will learn all about how you can get commissions.
• If I don't promote a product for my niche, will I still get paid? If your site is just purely advice and educational - than no. This training will help build your business using keywords to utilize free traffic to your website. If you want to base your website off of a niche for information and tips - you can do that by building a website and creating relevant content with your information, tips, and advice. If you want your website to provide income, there are tons of affiliate programs out there for almost every niche. Just google search: your niche + affiliate programs. That will give you an idea of what's out there for your niche to help you decide. Do not apply for any affiliate programs yet - this comes later in the training.
• How can I start? Keep following the training and tasks! This really is step-by-step training!
• Does the title of a Website need to include my niche? It is recommended to have one niche per website. So your brand name doesn't have to be your niche exactly, but it does have to be relevant. You want to be seen as an authority figure on your niche/subject.

You are building a Legacy! A successful Legacy takes time to build, and grow.

If you put in the time, put in the work, and keep learning - you will reach your goals (and more)!

A common phrase is "knowledge is power," but I don't think that's true. Applied knowledge is power.

You choose how much time you spend on learning + implementing the knowledge given to you.

The more hard work and dedication that you put into your Online Business - the more it will pay off.

You really can achieve anything you set your mind to!
