Hot Flashes comes when you least expect them too. Yes, that's right it doesn't matter if it's night or day! A hot flash will come anytime. So what are Hot Flashes? A Hot Flash feel terrible waking up with night sweats and not knowing what's going on. Wait! let me give a better example! Hot flashes are like hot episodes that drives women crazy! Women probably will say "they are irritating. It's like becoming extremely hot. We can be out on the beach by the water with the family and suddenly we feel very hot. Also, Just having these items on you is like being prepared and ready to cool down the next hot flash. For real who wants to feel extremely hot. Nausea and blur vision is affiliated with having hot flashes too so try to prevent them.

Hot Flashes starts happening after having children but do not really notice them or just have not pin pointed one until the menstrual period stops when ovaries begin stopping the production of our hormones.
