I am working on a Return Authorization Form for my online store. I have not been able to add the option for customers to submit images of their damaged/defective products.

I wanted to change the name of my site and I could do that, but I couldn't find out how to change the URL to make it correspond to the new name of my site.
Thank you very much for your answers. Now I know that the only way is to start again from the beginning.
