"Connection Not Encrypted" Issues With NON Siterubix Website Email Sites

For a week I have had problems with the padlock on my NON siterubix websites.

These websites have domains I purchased through Wealthy Affiliate.

The websites themselves are now secure but the email accounts linked to them are not.

Every time I would attempt to open my email this window would come up:

I sent this to support....again.

So yeah, I don't even want to access my email. I'm worried

I found a pretty neat site https://www.whynopadlock.com/ to help.

You paste non secure site's URL into the bar on the page and click test page.

The results were very interesting...

After like 3.5 hours back and forth with support I am back to square one.

Can anyone else check this conversation out and give me some input? I'm fed up.

The websites ARE secure now. It's the email accounts attached to them that aren't.

I'm sorry but I thought I was being clear about the "email site"

So if I am understanding this...the site has no encrypting features so it will always tell me it can be compromised? I have sensitive material in my inbox! Is this really the case?

I am certainly frustrated by now because I have been working on this for a week and feel like I'm not being understood.

Here's the kicker, we're back to square one, I'm being told it's on my end again.

So to say the least I am completely discouraged now,

Yes I can get into my emails but it is Not Secure.

Wealthy Affiliate has been a blessing but this is a snag that seems to have no solution and compromises sensitive email content.

Has anyone else gone through this and perhaps has a solution?
