how do i get it back on my site
I'd need to know more about how you lost it. Was it a menu option that's now gone or is the page/post actually not on your site dashboard anymore?

Did you make a Privacy Policy page or a post?
If it was a page then please go and click the "Page" field on the LHS menu bar on the dashboard and check whether you are able to see it there.
If it was a post then go and click the "Post" field and check whether you are able to see it there.
You can also check the trash bin in the Page or Post field whichever is applicable to you.

I STARTED MY WEBSITE BUT I DONT HAVE A THEME HOW DO I GET THEME ON IT
In your main WordPress Dashboard, go to Appearance and then click on Themes. You will be provided with the available themes and given a choice to add new ones by clicking 'Add New".
Then just choose the one you want, hover over the Theme Box and click Activate.
Hope this helps.
Go to word press, then to appearance, you will see the word theme click on it then you will see some themes choose which ever one you want then activate it.
