What a Wild 2 Weeks!
Hello all,
This is my first blog, so please bear with me.
I started my WA journey about 2 weeks ago and I have already learned so much. If you remember the training well, you could probably guess where I am in the process. Level 1 and 2 have taught me how to build a website, what the purpose of Google+ is (I am a young old man when it comes to some technology) and have reinvigorated my passion for baseball.
My posts are still a work in progress, but I am feeling more comfortable with my writing and the use of imagery. Looking at other posts from people on this site, helps show me how far I still have to go though. The quality of some websites I am seeing is amazing.
I find myself moving around the website better and understand all the back office tools that are needed to produce a quality post. The first time I saw my website with featured images was AMAZING! I do still find myself having to go back through to refresh my memory.
The niche I chose was baseball/softball bats, gloves and cleats. I have always loved playing the sport and this will be a good excuse to gain more knowledge about the products in the field. Also, I am looking to help parents with children get the best equipment without having to spend days searching. That is the ultimate goal.
While I have not gotten to the money maker part yet, the journey has not been without successes. I have created a website, generated multiple posts of content and, just yesterday, was indexed in Google. Nothing cooler than seeing your website st the top of a search!
I am still so new at this that it is hard to understand what is achievable in 3 or 6 months, but first I would like to get ranked in Google. That is my short term goal. I also want to finish the trainings through WA and get better acquainted with all the tools at my finger tips.
For my 6 month goal, I would say that I want to make some money. Again, I have not made money so making a goal for how much money seems like I would either be overshooting or underestimating. Grow my website and produce better content, then start making some money. Those are my current goals.
Thank you all for reading and being so supportive. I wish you all the success in the world!
Bo Gerhard

Hello and welcome to WA premium. You sound like you're level headed and know that this isn't a get rich quick scheme but rather takes effort and patience. Keep it up and you'll be seeing some $ soon enough.
Thank you for the support. I understand the work that is needed. Anything worth doing is worth doing right, my goal is to do it the right way. I do look forward to making money, but the process has been fun so far.
