Running at a Steady Pace: My Progress on Wealthy Affiliate
A few days ago I reached my 30 day mark as a Premium member of Wealthy Affiliate. When I first joined this company, it was a spur of the moment decision. I came upon the company after researching ways to make money online and I was intrigued by it because this company, unlike others I had found, allowed me to try it out completely free, and included many benefits so that I was truly able to see if it was right for me. I also LOVE writing so the fact that I would be able to creatively express myself in that way drew me in more and more as I moved through the training.
By the time I was done with the free portion of the training, I was hooked. I felt very confident that I could continue to make even more progress with the company. I had even shared my posts with others who were encouraging me to keep moving forward with it.
At this point, a little over a month into my journey, I have created and began posting on my first website, "Running Mama." It is a website focused on women who are runners and moms.
I myself am a mom and I have enjoyed being a runner for many years, so I was excited to create this website as a community of women encouraging each other to not give up on their goals. I know how hard it is to find time for yourself as a mother, so I hope that women find encouragement through the site, both for their running goals and as mothers.
Though I am not yet making money from my website, I am building it up and I am proud of the posts and content that are on my site. As I continue to create content that inspires and helps women, I am aiming high.
I hope that in the next 3 months, my site will bring in its first revenue. Personally, I plan to post to my website at least 2x a weeks so that my traffic will increase. In the next 6 months, I hope that my website will be flourishing and I will be making a consistent income from it. My goal is to complete the Wealthy Affiliate training and also to create additional websites with other niches.
I am excited to see where I will be with my websites 6 months from now. I am encouraged by the progress I see others making in the company and I know that if I work hard and stick to my goals, only success can follow!
