What do you do with your spam comments? Are they harmful? Sometimes they look like norma
Absolutely remove anything that remotely looks like a spam comment. Both your readers and Google can identify them and it will make your site feel either run-down or abandoned.

Categories allow you to categorize posts in a broad way where tags lets you be a lot more specific. I usually apply 2-3 categories to a post at one time and add up to as many as 10 tags depending on how much content the post covers.
Tags are additional key-phrases which you add in the box on the right in editor. So you can be ranked for each of them as well. Categories you use to make it easy for visitors to navigate through your site. Yes you should create both. They are meant for posts only. To use them for pages you will need a plugin.

3-5 tags is what I typically add, up to 10 in principle.
You can have same post in several categories.

See here: How to Write Content For a Post or Page. An article can be a page or a post. It can't be both. Google doesn't like duplicate contents in your site.
Usually, I use pages for about my site: About Me, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Contact and visitor-friendly sitemap.
For post: articles about my niche...

Do what you want but you may want to change the title a bit and not copy word for word. A page can be indexed in your menu under other pages. Post can not. John
You can only choose one. It makes no different to the search engine.

Thank you for the training but I do not understand. I am logged in as Effie. I have username and a gravatar as Effie but those 3 pages say that they are written by admin, as well as the comments. I don't understand how to change that. Should I re-write them maybe and then delete my admin account?
No, do not rewrite them, just leave them as they are, you can not change the comments, but you can change the autor on the content.
To do that follow this:
In order to change the author of an existing post in your blog, go to your WordPress admin area > Posts > Edit. Click the post whose author you would like to change and find the Post Author section. From the drop-down menu choose the new author and then click the Update Post button to save the change.
Make sure you are signed in under your name for all future content and comments :)
