WHAT I’VE DONE IN THE PAST

I have been a leader with expertise in guiding diverse operations including staffing, inventory control, budgeting/cost containment, & business development within the hospitality, food & beverage, retail and staffing sectors; generating impressive outcomes that consistently exceed expectations.

My employment experience has provided me with the versatility & confidence needed to energize teams in providing optimal service & performance. I’ve generated new business through effective sales & marketing & retain customers utilizing impressive management & relationship building skills. I have demonstrated talent for establishing productive collaborations with my peers, my associates, owners, colleagues, & contractors.

During my career, I have: Strengthened sales & margins for various retail outlets through focus on merchandising, customer service, & store organization/cleanliness; enhancing company’s reputation in local communities. I’ve Offered versatility & dependability in effectively guiding both back-of-house & front-of-house restaurant operations, setting high staff expectations that resulted in optimal customer experiences. I’ve spearheaded profitable operations for various hotels, overseeing all departments, including building maintenance projects and implementing strategies to optimize employee performance and building cosmetics.

I’ve also been fortunate enough to be a part of various nationwide small business ventures & start-up projects. I have thirty years of traditional and twelve years of non-traditional work experience. I am proud of my accomplishments and continue to expand not only myself, but those around me.

MY NEW FOCUS

My main objectives now are three-fold. (1) to help as many others achieve their dreams of success while, (2) bolstering my own success to new heights and (3) helping create more unified, tolerant and successful communities throughout.

My plan to achieve this is as follows: (1) create and manage various concepts to generate seed-money to self-finance larger ventures. Constantly and consistently rinse and repeat this step. (2) employ, partner, manage and mentor as many associates as possible (3) project my leadership, through example as well as action, to people, groups and communities (4) assist and mentor the needy and less fortunate to become all they can, by believing in themselves and understanding their own potential (5) assist those who have lost or never found their correct path to happiness and abundant success by teaching them that everyone has an important/meaningful role to play in life (6) teach substance abusers that an addictive personality can be used as an important tool for success instead of a path to destruction (7) teach others to understand that the path to success depends on their ability and action to help others succeed (8) I will become the EXAMPLE for all businesses and corporate entities to follow with regard to the understanding that their ongoing success depends on the success of their constituents (9) mentor and teach others concepts to embrace to create a better life by taking control of their mental and physical well-being (10) instilling in others that celebrating the smallest of successes leads to even greater achievements and (11) create, foster, manage and perpetuate communities and forums for like-minded people as well as those who have an interest in helping.
