How do I cancel, and shut down the websites I have created, how is this done?

And cancel billing.
For any websites hosted here, you need arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
I also suggest you backup your sites, you can use the AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended
.
Also domain names must have passed the grace period of 60 days.

Hi - if you are asking how to delete a website, go to Site Manager, then Details and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Delete option.

I purchased and installed Athememart's theme Diet Shop Pro which requires plugin WooCommerce Modal Fly Cart + Ajax. I uploaded the plugin and as soon as I activated the plugin

If you cannot log in to site, cannot reset or synchronize you need to get in touch with site support.

However as far theme or Woocommerce I would reach out to theme's developers or forums try find a resolution to my issue.
Write permissions, support may be able help I would submit a ticket, as it happened to us in the past.

Short answer is the GeneratePress theme is the only one available for starter members, so no theme can be downloaded before you become a premium member.

I never tried upload a theme to a siterubix vs a dot com however the usual way is Appearance > Themes and add new. Top Upload theme, attach and upload.

Can you please upload the theme zip file to your Dropbox account and provide Site Support the direct download link of it so that they would download and get it uploaded on your website.

When using a .http://siterubix.com website we are unable to load theme zip files. To do so Site support has to get involved. I am not sure what their policy is for loading zip file.
When it comes to .com domain named websites we can load zip files ourselves through WP dashboard - Appearance ->themes -> add new
