Reducing the size of a video

Hello, Today I wanted to load a video into my webpage but I couldn't do it because I found that only 32MB are allowed. I search for a solution to reduce the size, so I could load my video. I found the following page where I was able to reduce from 49MB to only 5MB.

I think that using videos helps to attrack more people to your site.

I hope this helps somebody that is struggling with videos that are very big and cannot load them into his webpage.
