There are a lot of sites provide free images. I don't think you want to spend money on images at this point.

Thank you Joe. I would like to put them in a folder to save. Is there anyway to do this?

You have to download the image to your folder.
Once you opened the image, right click your mouse, and choose 'Save Image As' , choose your folder and save it with a name of your choice. Done.
