You'll want to upload the video to YouTube and then embed it in your post. Embed YouTube Video in WordPress
A better choice, take the link (+your affiliate) and send it to your friend.

When writing content for a post should I add the contents keyword to all my posts and pages SEO or should I place a particular keyword in the posts SEO that the keyword pertain
Key words are how google finds you and ranks you so if you want google to index it and rank you need to make sure they are present

OO sorry for the misunderstanding. You don't have to use the same keywords just what keywords work best for each post.

I am sorry I didn't make it very clear but what I was trying to say is us keywords that pertain to that specific post. Each post will have its very own keywords.

Add the keyword in the post or page title, in the permalink and in the first paragraph. If it is a long post, add it in the last paragraph too.
We've been told not to bother adding keywords in the All in One SEO keyword field because Google ignores it. I still add mine for my own record. It shows up in the All Posts and All Pages list. That way I can see at a glance what keywords I used for each post or page.
You only add the keyword in the post or page that the keyword pertains to. ~Jude
Usually one focus keyword per post or page which you optimize for SEO although Google will pick up other terms in your content incidentally and rank you for those too.

Hello Marion. Thanks for helping. However, it still does not work. I followed your video tutorial on Sitemap All in One SEO Plugin. All went well until I clicked on the view your sitemap link. When I clicked on it, it took me to a blank page. I don't know maybe something is wrong with my site. I will try your Google Search Console tutorial.

Yes! I have deleted my site from from the console several times and addd it again. It still says there is an error every time and says the sitemap contains no URL’s. Please validate and resubmit.
I did that as well. Or I should say I deactivated the XML Sitemap plugin. Should I delete it all together and reinstall it?
I would try this it may be just a fluke in the way it set up through there. If that don't work you may want to try to put the question in the search bar of the classroom they might have an answer in there if not you may also go into google webmaster tools and find an info spot. Like a trouble shooter google forum might be able to help also. But I would start by deleting it all together and reinstall it.
you too oo one last thought if none of these work you can try to go to site rubix and go to technical support there might be an issue that they only they can fix
