Many of you struggle to start your online business because you are overthinking things in our mind. Your mind is like a pinball machine, the focus is the ball and the thoughts are your flippers.

Your focus gets moved from one point to the next and all you do is run in circles.
So why is it that, that happens to you?

You keep feeding the wrong questions into your mind! What do I mean by that?
You keep asking yourself questions that you can't give a definate answer to.

Your focus is the steering wheel of your mind, if you get to a roadblock and ask yourself "Why does this happen to me?" instead of "How can I get around?", your focus will deviate from the path to your success.

So asking yourself the right questions will provide solutions to go past your roadblocks.
On the other hand, asking yourself the wrong questions will get your focus in the wrong place.

So overthinking and not doing causes you eventually to give up. Let the thoughts go in your mind that you can't do anything about. Worrying about them is not going to do you any good anyway.

Indeed. the misery and stresses of life came from the thoughts of doom, of fear, of worries (especially this) of doubt. The truth all them when in fact it is not as worse as we thought. The tormentor of our lives is not anyone else but ourselves. What shall we do? Look at life and face it. Do not fret. look for the solution to the problem. And do what you can and pray for things you cannot. Chances are they will just pass you by. a lot of time not even looking at your time. Enjoy. Have a nice day. Mick, I would almost say it is like a disease when others are doing it you get infected by it. So it is important that you are mindful and aware where your thoughts are putting your focus.

Hi Jim, not only will it stifle your creative thinking but it will make you go in circles, looking for answers that can't be given. So not really useful.
