Does the premium members also use the free domain? Or is it for the NON -premium members?

If a premium member can use the free domain... what is the advantage or dis-adv

Good answers, Patricia!

The free domains are good for testing and web design.
It's a good preview of what your website will look like.

Thank you, PE!

Hi there,

Free domains can be used by both non-premium and premium members.

As Diane mentioned below, most people start with a free domain but the end of it will end in siterubix.com. To really establish a good online business with a strong foundation, it is recommended for members to buy their own domain (only 13.99 per year charge!)

Having your own domain would also enable you to have your own email and might also make it more trusted by Google which would increase the opportunity to get ranked.

As Diane mentioned below, if you start off with a free domain you can always transfer everything over to the .com domain so you dont lose any work.

Thank you Tosval!

What Diane said. It's also likely that registered domains have a lot more SEO value.

Thank you Jukkah!

Hi - as a premium member, you have the use of 25 free subdomains. They are called subdomains because they will end in the words siterubix.com, rather than .com.

Most people start with a free domain and they when they buy their own .com domain, it is a simple process to transfer everything over. You don't lose any of your work.

There are disadvantages of using the free domains. Firstly, they are not your property, so if you ever leave WA, you can't take them with you. Plus, you cannot have an email address for them.

Finally, some affilate programs will not accept them, and Google AdSense certainly doesn't allow them.

Thank you, Diane! I appreciate the detail. So When I purchase the domain,
- do the 25 free sub-domains also mine to own
-will the affiliate programs accept them since they end with siterubix.com ?
- If so, How do you use them? Is it if I want to create another niche website?
