You also lock in a price here when you get the domain here. Some places will sell you a domain real cheap as they know if you build it they will be able to ask a much higher price for a renewal.

Glad you didn't go with GoDaddy. I did initially and had to wait 60 DAYS to transfer. WA all the WAy.

I think If I got a domain from anywhere I would just point the nameservers here.
That works until you can actually do the transfer.
