Poor Niche Choice?
Originally Kyle asked in his tutorial course to pick a niche with low competition, however he also set pretty low goals for traffic.
I noticed that my niche is effectively dry of any traffic but has above average competition. I am working on a website that promotes high intensity training however - I started to notice that there is almost no traffic and above average competition in most "high intensity training" keywords variations. And my original choice for it was only because my standards where somewhat low.
Does that mean I have to change my niche?

Any niche is workable. Use long-tail and short-tail keywords that have a low QSR and a high search in your titles and in the first paragraph of your posts and it will help drive traffic to your site and boost your Google rankings.
I see. Basically I have to focus on including more "Green" keywords when I blog or post content.
Thanks for your reply!
Yep. "Green" is the way to go. You're welcome; glad I could help in a small way. :)
