Is it ok to add a page about free website making to a site that is unrelated to that topic?

Hi lovely WA folks! We've finally got some rain here! yay. 1 1/4 inches, but the fire ban is not yet lifted. Hope you are getting rain in your neck of the woods, if you need it.
Ok, my thought for the day is this: I've found an AWESOME keyword to promote WA on my website. Trouble is, my website is not about making money online with WA, necessarily. I thought I could add a page that asks people if they've had a good look around my website, did it seem to work well, was it laid out nicely, and do they think it was hard to do or expensive to do. Then, I was going to help them to find out more about how to make their own website, whether they are interested in just getting their message online OR if they decide later that they are interested in making money online.
What are your thoughts on this? I think if I write it well, it will work smashingly. But I am concerned that Google will not rank it well if it is part of a website about worm composting! lol.
