I added a menu item on my site called "reviews" and I want to add my review posts to that menu item, how do I do that?

You apply categories to your posts ie. "News" "Reviews" and then add those categories to your menu. When you click on Reviews, only posts with that category will be listed. Category Menus
Thanks, that is what I was looking for, one more question. When I go to the Review Catagory on my website this shows us in bold at the beginning of my reviews: Category: Reviews Is there a way to remove that ?
It's theme dependent. Take a look at a theme like Customizr which is popular with many members at WA. https://wordpress.org/themes/customizr/
