When premium monthly subscription expires will i still access my account?

After 30 days of cancelling your account, WA will switch off the hosting for your site. So your site will not be live.
However, they apparently keep a backup of your site for up to 6 months so if you want to come back within that time you can pick up where you left off.

When you cancel your membership you will still be able to access any domain names you've bought here but not the rest of your WA account. Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing

If you used a credit card, it'll get debited for the monthly amount; $49, I believe. So, if this happens, you're, still, good.

Why my FREE Site SSL (HTTPS) unavailable since then i'm a Premium Member Yet?
Here's my newly created website with three posts in total. http://healthyliving.siterubix.com<
Since you are a premium member now, build your site on your own domain. It just worth it to do it rather than building on sub-domain that you need to transfer later on.
A new domain would cost you around $14 for one year subscription.

SSL is only available for 'top level domains' you own. So any domain that is not '.siterubix.com' will work. You do not have to have purchased the domain here, but you must obviously be using the domain with a site you run on WA hosting.
ps those .siterubix sites can get great traffic but for your business down the line when you've mastered the training it would be best to establish your traffic on an own domain
it's free on an own domain site, the .siterubix site is a subdomain, they don't carry ssl but all your own domain sites will have it available
when you are ready, sometimes it is good to use the free sites for training when people don't know their niche yet, however if you know your direction then for sure own domain is better
