5 steps of a SALE!
Selling an idea or product isn't easy,sometimes we can loose focus and be a little too eager to get our point across.Every sale should have structure instead of bouncing about with no direction,because if you don't know where your'e,how do you expect the customer to know?
Here are 5 steps to use,and if used in order every time you write a 'sales' page,whether it's about yourself or a product,this will give you more overall success.
INTRODUCTION
Introduce why your'e there,how long you've been doing it,what makes you the expert,what the competition is,what to expect from you.
THE WARM UP
Let the customer warm to you,let them get to know you,discuss anything except the product,encourage questions.
THE PRODUCT
Showcase the product,highlight the benefits,give the customer reasons to buy,people buy because others bought,you have limited time to buy or limited stocks,have a laid back feel about the way you pitch(no pressure) be credible,don't write lies,if you don't know if someone ask's you a question,tell them you don't know but you will find out and get back to them,be honest.
THE CLOSE
It's time to ask for the money,and believe me,it's always the money why someone doesn't buy.Recap on the reasons they were on your page in the first place,recap on the benefits,point out the benefits verses the outlay,point them in the direction to extract the payment,if this still hasn't happened offer a time limited discount .Bingo you've got a sale!if not, hey rinse and repeat tomorrows another day.
THE CONSOLIDATION
Easily forgot! make sure your customer understands fully what he signed up for, contact your customer,build your mailing list,ask how he got on ,offer help,build a network.
Stick to these steps in order and watch your business grow!
