I would not stress much about followers. Buying is definitely not an option.

I do not recommend buying followers for Twitter or any other social media platform. One obviously it cost you but two most of the accounts they give you are not frequently active accounts. The ones who are active will unfollow you when they realize that they did not follow you on purpose, or do not like what your tweets pertain to, or the sec they realize another system made activity on their account without approval and that opens up a whole new can of worms. It is not worth it and truth be told you really do not want to put your name out there in that type of situation where you could be seen as a potential fraud. You want to boost your image and name. That's not something that happens overnight and it does take work. When I hit the 10,000 mark on my Twitter follow base it was from dedicating time to connect with those on my account and to promote tweets that pertained to all types of stuff so I could achieve a broader audience ( and this was before WA ).You must gain some of their trust in order to say something meaningful and actually have them read ,retain or take interest in you and what you are doing.I have previously tried the method that you are asking about and I can tell you that it is not a road that I would take again. Now, I did lose a lot of my followers but that was because I made a life choice to leave social media for a while because of what I was seeing and felt that my back bone had suddenly became weak, which is something I have never been. So to you I say.... please avoid buying followers no matter what social platform it is and try to accept that fact that I will take time and dedication to achieve a large and active follow base. Some people start off and two weeks later they are knee deep in followers and others ( like myself ) wonder will we ever get followers .and why is this taking so long. Be patient , post daily and post things that interest you, but things of other interest as well.Make sure to be active with your followers and engage them just like you do on WA before you know it your count will start heading up the ladder! Yeah, it's similar to the bit.ly and goo.gl link shorteners, excep it's pretty much to track links instead of shorten them.
