Someone just ask them to mentor you.

Envy gets you nothing but a mentor teaches you new skills and ways to rethink how you do something

Just repeating the same way of doing something when it's already proven to be the wrong road instead of trying a different strategy gets you no where.

Successful people are always willing to mentor someone, you just have to ask

I've always heard:

Put together a list of the most successful people in your industry, contract them and first build a relationship with them before you ask for their help. Once you've built up a relationship with them they're going to be more willing to help you on the road to success.
